Acceptable Use Policy

Prohibited Activities

You may not use the Platform to:

• Violate any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation, including but not limited to securities laws and regulations
• Engage in, promote, or facilitate market manipulation, insider trading, front-running, wash trading, or any other form of securities fraud
• Publish or distribute Skill outputs that are intentionally misleading, deceptive, or designed to manipulate subscribers into taking specific trading actions for your benefit
• Guarantee or promise returns, profits, or specific trading outcomes in any Skill description, marketing material, or communication
• Collect or harvest personal information from other users of the Platform
• Use automated scripts, bots, or crawlers to access the Platform except through our published creator API
• Interfere with or attempt to compromise the security, integrity, or availability of the Platform
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions, abuse referral programs, or manipulate track records
• Publish content that is defamatory, obscene, threatening, harassing, or that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others

Enforcement

Violations of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account, forfeiture of unpaid creator revenue, and reporting to appropriate legal or regulatory authorities.
