DMCA & Intellectual Property Policy

7.1 Copyright Infringement Claims

If you believe that content on the Platform infringes your copyright, you may submit a notification under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) by providing the following information to our designated agent:

• A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
• Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and its location on the Platform
• Your contact information, including address, telephone number, and email address
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner

7.2 Counter-Notification

If you believe that content you posted was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification with the following information: your physical or electronic signature, identification of the removed material and its prior location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake, and your name, address, and telephone number along with a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district.

7.3 Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA, we will terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
